Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 439

Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 439

Simply naturally beatutiful

At first glance, she is clearly a Sun Odyssey. Moreover, the all-new Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 439 reflects the latest design trend that started with the Sun Odyssey 409. Dynamic lines, a hard chine on the hull, lots of hatches and windows along with bevelled edges on the deck combine to form a powerful and straight forward design from the pen of Philippe Briand.

But her natural beauty is more than skin deep.

A closer look reveals an innovative deck plan that makes sailing easy. A Jeanneau is first, and foremost, for sailing. Three main concepts shape the Sun Odyssey 439: a fast, seaworthy sailboat, simple to use deck and sail plans and a high-quality interior.

Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 36i Sail Boat

Let yourself be carried by the winds and savour the unique pleasure of sailing aboard the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 36i

You will be seduced by the highperformance hull, designed by Marc Lombard, the powerful sail plan, the deck designed for security, the generous cockpit with oversized, leather-wrapped steering wheel and deep storage lockers.

Step below on the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 36i, and you will appreciate the space, natural lighting and comfortable atmosphere of a large sailboat. On the interior, thoughtful design and high-quality materials lend both tranquillity and warmth to this beautiful sailboat.

When it comes to production boatbuilding, no one on the current manufacturing tableau does it any better than the French builder Jeanneau, and the proof of that statement is very much in evidence with the Sun Odyssey 36i. The "i" stands for injection molding, the process-in which resin is injected under pressure through closed molds-that the company employs for the 36i's balsa-cored decks as well as for other components. It makes for lighter, stronger structures and cleaner, more environmentally friendly factories. The hull itself is hand-laid fiberglass utilizing two layers of vinylester resin, to which an internal fiberglass grid-Jeanneau calls this its "3rd Generation Hull Structure"-is glued and laminated for strength and rigidity.
