HULL -
The hull is of single-skinned GRP construction. Local areas of reinforcement (keel, rudder, chain plates, hull deck joint) serve to strengthen the structure.

A single skinned structurl inner moulding is bonded and laminated to the hull. Its structural role is important as it takes and absorbs the stresses at pressur points (chainplate tie rods, keel, rudder, etc.) guaranteeing reduced strain on hull.

The surface of the inner moulding makes cleaning easier and provides a better finish. The standard hull colour is white with silver livery. Steel blue is available as an option.

DECK -
The deck is sandwich construction (glass fibre and balsa)for optimum strength/weight ratio as well as excellent heat and sound insulation.
All working areas and areas of movement around the deck are provided with a moulded diamond non-slip finish.

HULL/DECK -
The hull/deck joint is screwed and bonded and is surrounded by a teak bulwark which is screwed. The mechanical join ensures a watertight assembly and also improves safety when moving around on deck.

ust like the military Zodiacs, no matter how great it looks, this boat is built on performance—and its handling and maneuverability are second to none. Its deep V-shaped hull ensures a smooth ride, even in not-so-smooth waters. The hull design is specially engineered to plane rapidly even with heavier four-stroke outboards. All standard equipment, as well as electrical and fuel supply systems, has been designed to meet or exceed the stringent standards of ISO and ABYC.
